The bicycle rental system of the Council of Győr County Municipality is a newly implemented environmental-friendly initiative that combines the freedom of individual transport with the reliability of fixed-track transport. The system aims to reduce air pollution, traffic congestion and noise in the city by getting more people to use bicycles as part of their daily lives.

In addition, the main goal is to promote this efficient and eco-friendly alternative among city commuters. The public bike rental system in the city offers a total of 198 regular and 35 electric bicycles for rent, which can be rented at one of the 35 collection stations and then handed over at any station.
